a. Physical Products:

We reserve the right to confirm with you any product discrepancies, damage, or defects before issuing a product replacement, store credit, refund or other remedy at our sole discretion. If contact is not made within seven (7) days of carrier confirmed delivery date, you agree to forfeit any right to refund or replacement of the original purchased item(s).
b. Digital Products:
All sales of digital products, including but not limited to digital downloads, ebooks, ecookbooks, online courses, or other electronically delivered materials, are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products.
c. Customer Chargebacks:
In the event of a customer-initiated chargeback, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may provide evidence of the transaction and fulfillment of our obligations. If a chargeback is resolved in our favor, the customer remains responsible for the original purchase amount. Repeated chargebacks may result in the suspension of the customer's account and access to our products and services.
