Butter Pecan Ice Cream Bread
Have you seen this viral ice cream bread recipe? It’s literally 2 main ingredients…melted ice cream & self rising flour.
It looks like bread or pound cake but somehow tastes just like a buttery biscuit or a scone! You could use different flavors of ice cream or add sugar for more sweetness.
And it’s so easy for you to make. #LetsVibe!
Ingredients
Ice Cream Bread
• 1.5 cups self rising flour
• 1 pint butter pecan ice cream, melted
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Grease a standard-sized loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and softened butter pecan ice cream.
Stir the ingredients together until just combined. Be cautious not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the Ice Cream Bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Once cooled, slice it into desired portions.
Serve the Ice Cream Bread slices on their own or with a scoop of your favorite ice cream, or make into French Toast and enjoy!
