4 tablespoons truffle oil
Creamy Sauce
3 cups milk
10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
Seasoning Blend
1/2 tablespoon truffle salt
1/2 tablespoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon granulated onion
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
Shredded Cheese Blend
8 oz white cheddar
8 oz smoked provolone
8 oz monterrey jack
16 oz smoked gouda
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a blender, combine the milk, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, and yellow mustard. Blend until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
In a large mixing bowl, add the cooked macaroni and pour the blended creamy sauce over it.
Add seasoning blend (truffle salt, seasoned salt, white pepper, paprika, granulated onion, and granulated garlic) and mix to combine.
Drizzle in the truffle oil and add 2/3 of the shredded cheese blend (white cheddar, smoked provolone, Monterey Jack, and Gouda). Mix thoroughly until the pasta is evenly coated with the sauce and cheese.
Transfer the macaroni mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake 35-40 minutes. Do not stir or mix the mac ’n cheese while cooking.
After 35-40 minutes, sprinkle the remaining 1/3 of the shredded cheese blend over the top.
Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and allow the mac 'n cheese to cool slightly before serving and enjoy!
