Best BBQ Grilled Burger

BBQ Grilled Burger Recipe

BBQ burgers are the best thing to come off the grill & it’s not up for debate! But only if they’re done the right way…

Hands down I have the best bbq hamburger recipe. It’s all in the seasoning & it’s so easy for you to make! #LetsVibe

Ingredients

• 2 lbs ground chuck

• 4 tablespoons worchestershire sauce

• 1 tablespoon avocado oil

Burger Seasoning Blend

• 1 tablespoon sea salt

• 1 teaspoon black pepper

• 1/2 tablespoon granulated onion

• 1 tablespoon granulated garlic

• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

• 1/2 tablespoon celery salt

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the sea salt, black pepper, granulated onion, granulated garlic, smoked paprika, and celery salt. Mix well.

Divide the ground chuck into 8 equal portions.

Using your hands, gently shape each portion into a patty about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. Make a small indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb; this helps the burgers cook evenly and prevents them from puffing up in the middle.

Lay the patties out on sheets of wax paper for easy handling.

Drizzle avocado oil and Worcestershire sauce over one side of the patties.

Evenly sprinkle the Burger Seasoning Blend over one side of the patties, pressing gently to adhere.

Use the wax paper sheets to flip the burgers over and repeat the seasoning process on the other side.

Prepare your grill for medium-high heat.

Brush the grill grates with additional avocado oil to prevent sticking.

Place the seasoned patties on the preheated grill.

Cook for about 4-5 minutes on the first side, or until nicely charred and the burgers release easily from the grill grates.

Flip the patties and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until they reach your desired level of doneness (160°F for well-done).

Remove the patties from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

Serve on toasted buns with your favorite toppings and condiments.
