Ingredients

24 oz can tuna

1/2 cup mayonnaise

4 tablespoons yellow mustard

4 tablespoons sweet pickle relish

2 tablespoons fine diced red onion

1 tablespoon fresh dill leaves

1/2 tablespoon whole capers, chopped

2 hard boiled eggs, chopped

2 tablespoons diced pimentos

1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Seasoning Blend

1/2 tablespoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon granulated garlic

1/2 tablespoon granulated onion

1 teaspoon celery salt

1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

1 tablespoon white sugar

Instructions

Drain the tuna well and transfer it to a large mixing bowl.

Chop the red onion, fresh dill, capers, hard-boiled eggs, and pimentos.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, yellow mustard, sweet pickle relish, and fresh lemon juice until smooth.

Add the chopped red onion, dill, capers, eggs, and pimentos to the bowl with the tuna.

Sprinkle in the Seasoning Blend and mix gently to incorporate.

Pour the dressing over the tuna mixture and stir until fully combined and creamy.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve on toasted bread, lettuce wraps, crackers, or in a sandwich and enjoy!

Recipe Pro Tips:

Use High-Quality Tuna – Opt for wild-caught, solid white albacore tuna for the best texture and flavor.

Let It Rest – Chilling the tuna salad for at least 30 minutes enhances the flavors and texture.

Balance the Creaminess – If you prefer a lighter texture, mix in a little Greek yogurt with the mayo.
