Peppermint Espresso Martini
Seems like espresso martini’s are everywhere right now. But my Peppermint Espresso Martini is the version you need for this holiday season! Cocktail Ingredients
2 oz espresso or strong black coffee
1 oz coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa)
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz heavy cream or half ‘n half
2 oz vodka (such as Tito’s)
1 Tbsp crushed candy canes
Garnish

whole coffee beans
Instructions
Makes 1 drink | Recipe can be doubled or tripled to make more servings
Prepare espresso or strong black coffee using brew method or instant
Place candy canes in ziploc bag & crush with rolling pin or bottom of heavy glass
Add 1 cup ice to bar shaker cup
Measure & add each cocktail ingredient to bar shaker cup
Replace lid & strainer cap tightly on bar shaker cup
Shake vigorously 10-15 seconds or until well chilled
Remove strainer cap & pour cocktail through fine mesh strainer into coupe or martini glass, including froth
Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top & place 3 whole coffee beans in center to garnish & enjoy!
